Pfilates Certification

Pfilates instructors are currently being certified. If you or someone you know is already a Certified Pilates instructor and is interested in an intensive Pelvic Floor Training Program we would love to hear from you. This is a unique opportunity to work with Dr. Bruce Crawford M.D, and Laura Hirsch (Certified Pilates/PFilates Instructor) that will enable you to develop an advanced expertise in pelvic floor fitness training. This course is also being made available to certain other exercise professionals, Physical Therapists, and Physicians. Classes will be limited to 10 students so book early. Pfilates Classes

Take advantage of one on one instruction in the Pfilates Program with a certified Pfilates Instructor.

1 hour private class $60.00
Group Class available: email info@pfilates.com for pricing and schedule.

All courses are held in Lake Tahoe. Group certification of 10 or more instructors can be done at the location of your choosing.
